Entry & League Format
$10 per independent entry. Every league contains exactly 10 teams and uses the same Master MAYHEM Sleeper settings. The only allowed variation is the draft pick timer. Rosters are draft-and-hold: after the draft there are no waivers, free-agent pickups, trades, or roster exceptions.
Road to MAYHEM
Weeks 1–16: every active entry is compared across the entire network each week. The two highest-scoring eligible entries earn Championship Tickets. An entry can earn only one ticket; if it finishes in a qualifying position again, the ticket rolls down to the next-highest eligible entry. A Sleeper user may qualify multiple independent entries.
Tiebreakers
First: season-to-date points entering the relevant week/period. Second: highest-scoring bench player. If still tied, compare the next-highest bench player until the tie is broken.
Championship
32 unique entries qualify. Week 17 + Week 18 scores are combined. Highest two-week score takes the Crown. All 32 Championship places are paid according to the frozen season payout table.
League Winners
Each individual league awards $50 to the highest cumulative scorer across Weeks 1–18. There are no playoffs for this MAYHEM prize.
Finalization & Reviews
Results are commissioner-approved, never auto-finalized. Standard scoring disputes and official Sleeper stat corrections have a 7-day review window. Emergency changes require a documented audit trail.
